Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone number and a password (stored only as a one-way hash, never in plain text).
• Order details: delivery address, items, amounts and order history.
• Messages: what you send through our contact, appointment and newsletter forms.
• Technical data: your IP address, used briefly to prevent abuse such as repeated login or coupon guessing.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders and tailoring appointments.
• To keep a record of who ordered what, for accounting and fraud prevention.
• To send you updates you asked for, such as the newsletter. You can unsubscribe any time.

Cookies and local storage

We use a secure sign-in cookie to keep you logged in, and your browser’s local storage to remember your cart and wishlist on your device. We don’t use advertising cookies.

Sharing

We share your name, phone and address with delivery partners so they can deliver your order, and with payment providers when online payment is enabled. We share nothing else unless the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your account and personal data by writing to hello@sajhvi.com. Order records may be kept where we are legally required to keep them.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions use secure cookies, and access to customer data is limited to authorised staff and logged.
